Camp Brosius Leadership
Development Experience
Camp Brosius, Part of IUI's curriculum, provided me with the opportunity to improve my leadership skills in an exciting and challenging atmosphere. The camp highlighted personal development, teamwork, and problem solving in practical settings. Through hands on activities and reflection exercises, I learned how to communicate effectively, nake decisions, and manage different groups. This experience helped me develop confidence and adaptability, which I now actively utilize in my academic and professional efforts in Exercise Science.
Personal Leadership Style
I identify most with transformational leadership, in which I strive to inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals while encouraging growth and collaboration. At the same time, I apply leadership principles, concentrating on the needs and growth of individuals I lead. This balanced approach allows me to effectively teach exercise groups, assist people's fitness journeys, and create a positive environment.
